Focused on farmers, advisors, machinery manufacturers, food industry experts, agro-chemical producers, insurance services and experts of national paying agencies in agriculture, this EPO4AGRI workshop aims at gathering their experience with the European Union’s common agricultural policy (CAP).

The EO4AGRI project team recently had another very successful and productive two-day plenary meeting in Rome, Italy hosted by our e-GEOS partner.

Results in numbers

EO4AGRI was a key player during the Nairobi INSPIRE hackathon taking place virtually from March to April 2019. In this ocassion, the mentors led the virtual part of the hackathon, and the final results were presented at the IST-Africa 2019 conference in Nairobi on 10th May in a workshop.


Full house attention for Tomas Orlickas (NATIONAL PAYING AGENCY OF LITHUANIA) presenting the EO4AGRI survey results during the current Panta Rhei conference on Copernicus use by CAP paying agencies.


The 111th OGC Technical Committee meeting will host a session on sharing data in agriculture.


Between May 15 and 17, 2019, the 45th Conference of the Directors of the Paying Agencies of the European Union took place in Bucharest under the Romanian Presidency at the Council of the European Union, organized by the Paying and Intervention Agency for Agriculture, together with the Rural Inves


Next week the European Space Agency’s 2019 Living Planet Symposium will take  in Milan, Italy.

A  Plenary Meeting for the EO4AGRI project took place on 12-13 March, 2019 hosted by ATOS. This time participants got together in Madrid (Spain) to discuss the project progress, giving special focus on the analysis of the EO4AGRI stakeholders and their needs.
